• Our service connects property owners with independent, third-party tree service companies and certified arborists operating in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
• All tree services—including tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, storm damage cleanup, cabling, and lot clearing—are contracted directly between the customer and the independent service provider.
• Dallas Tree Removal Pros does not guarantee, warrant, or assume liability for the work performed, pricing charged, or representations made by independent contractors.

3. Independent Contractor Relationship & Verification

While Dallas Tree Removal Pros requires network contractors to maintain active commercial general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage, customers are strongly advised to independently verify all licenses, bonding, arborist certifications, and insurance certificates directly with the contractor prior to authorizing work on their property.

4. Estimates & Quotes

Any estimates provided over the telephone are preliminary and subject to physical on-site inspection by the tree care contractor. Formal written quotes are issued directly by the independent contractor at the time of on-site evaluation.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dallas Tree Removal Pros, its owners, operators, affiliates, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the work performed by third-party tree service providers, property damage, bodily injury, or contractual disputes between property owners and service providers.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
